A crisp take on the classic wine but a fair warning, not your typical "California Chardonnay". There is no oak or butter aspects to this wine but it is bright and lightly acidic with strong floral and fruit components. The Chardonnay grapes were picked at 3 different times throughout the growing season and those grapes were grown in Rio Vista Vineyards, which is located on the eastern edge of the Sta. Rita Hills in Santa Barbara County. This wine is 13.8% alcohol
